The Oakland Housing Authority and community partner, Eden I&R, present the 9th Annual Owner Appreciation Day, part of EBHO’s Affordable Housing Week.
Dedicated to Property Owners and Managers
Please join us for this event that is dedicated to and in support of property owners and managers in the Oakland residential rental market. Two identical sessions are scheduled and you may register for only one of the sessions at whichever time works best for your schedule, until space is filled. The morning session is 9:00am-11:30am; and the afternoon session is 12:00pm- 2:30pm.

Education and Training
Event attendees will receive education and training on topics of interest to owners of rental property. This day is an opportunity to help prepare landlords for the many challenges faced in managing rental property.
Vendor Fair
In addition to the informational sessions, please visit the Vendor Fair, staffed by providers of resources designed to make property management easier than ever.

Complimentary refreshments will be served to ticket holders. Complimentary parking is provided, on a first come-first served basis, at the Douglas Parking Lot located next door to 1535 Harrison Street.
