Rental Properties

Property Owners and Managers

The Housing Information Department manages a housing database with over 75,000 affordable housing units. These include subsidized, low-income, and shared units.

We list only units that are at the Fair Market Rent and below unless Section 8 and/or HUD VASH programs are welcomed.

By listing with us, you will have the advantage of additional exposure. We refer to you only clients who meet your general guidelines. The potential tenants would then go through your regular application process. Our service is FREE OF CHARGE to both property owners and prospective tenants.

To keep our housing database current, we have volunteers and staff to call once a month to ask for current rental availability and about new rental units.
