We are excited to be part of Benetech’s Service Net pilot in the Bay Area! Collaboration is at the heart of this initiative.
Accessing Benetech’s Service Net data collaboration platform will enable us to share with each other the resource directory data that we have been developing and honing throughout the years, sharing the load of data maintenance and updates but also enriching each other’s datasets and knowledge of the local safety net.
What we will learn together with our pilot partners and Benetech will inform Benetech’s development and expansion of the Service Net platform in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. The goal of Service Net is to enable us and other safety net stakeholders to have access to more and better data in a more efficient manner, increase our collective efficiency, and improve the quality of our referrals so that people in need find the services they need when they need them.
