Important Update from Our Board of Directors

We are sad to share that longtime Eden I&R Executive Director, Alison DeJung, is leaving the agency in early 2025. For more than 12 years (eight as Executive Director), Alison has poured her heart and soul into supporting the most vulnerable in our Alameda County community. Eden I&R/211 Alameda County is excited to invite you to our upcoming fundraising event in partnership with jeweler Kendra Scott. 2-1-1 Launches Texting for Tax Referrals

Eden I&R has launched a two-way texting pilot for tax preparation assistance information in Alameda County. Although 2-1-1 staff have been texting referral information to callers over the last several years, this recent enhancement now allows for staff to conduct live texting conversations with those wishing to converse via texting.
