ALAMEDA COUNTY COMMUNITY PREPAREDNESS EVENT! You are invited to attend The Alameda County Community Preparedness Event. Phone System Upgrade
Eden I&R/2-1-1 Alameda County is upgrading to a new cloud-based phone system that will complement our cloud-based database. The move from our current phone system to the new system will take place on Tuesday, August 14 between 8 am and 9 am . Every effort has been made to avoid extensive downtime or unplanned outages, but we wanted to share this news in advance so no one is caught off guard by a possible outage.
