The Medi-Cal and CalFresh Outreach, Enrollment, Renewal Assistance Services provides application enrollment and renewal assistance for Medi-Cal and CalFresh. The program assists individuals and families in completing eligibility screenings, submitting applications, renewals, and supporting verifications, along with helping families address any issues with their application(s). The service is free and confidential.
Enrollment can be done over the phone or in our Hayward office. Office is wheelchair accessible. Translation services will be provided.
