Eden I&R/2-1-1 Alameda County is upgrading to a new cloud-based phone system that will complement our cloud-based database. The move from our current phone system to the new system will take place on Tuesday, August 14 between 8 am and 9 am . Every effort has been made to avoid extensive downtime or unplanned outages, but we wanted to share this news in advance so no one is caught off guard by a possible outage. Eden I&R is hosting a private event in April to celebrate the many volunteers who dedicate their time and energy assisting and taking part in Eden I&R’s mission to help homeless people and low-income families obtain health, housing, and human services. On February 7, the Dublin City Council presented Eden I&R with a certificate of recognition. The certificate reads “In recognition of their continued contributions to the Dublin community through linking families and individuals to the full range of community resources for health, housing, and human services.”
