Over 200 times every day, someone calls one of our information and referral lines. The caller may be a person with a housing need, in financial crisis, a CalWorks recipient or someone trying to find the correct county service to fulfil her or his need. We provide information and referrals when people need it most.
Our 2-1-1 Alameda County phone lines are available 24 hours a day and are free to every caller. Community support makes this possible.
